It is made wine alone or in combination with the fragrant Athiri and the delicate Aidani, which gives the protected origin name Santorini. The Santorini Asyrtiko, the Santorini Nychteri and Vinsanto, the traditional dessert wine made from sun-dried grapes. The Santorini white wines combine in a unique way, the high acidity, the mineral sense and the mineral taste. Bright, sparkling, with rich body and citrus fragrances. It is particularly suitable for ageing, which gives particular intricacy and fragrances of honey, tea and oak.

The Santorini cherry tomato is unique in its kind. Its variety is with small fruit, with natural sweetness and intense fragrances. Only the Santorini cherry tomato, because of its unique composition, can give paste, which is velvety and richer in lycopene and antioxidizing compared with any other tomato paste.

“Santorini fava” is a protected origin name product and comes from the plant “Lathyrus Clymenun L.”. Seeds of this kind were found stored in clay pots in the after Minoan town of Akrotiri, proving a course of 3.500 years of cultivation on the island.
The Santorini fava is particularly rich in nutritional value, as it is rich in protein and carbohydrates. The traditional method of processing, which includes ripening in very special way and drying the sun, gives it a soft velvety feel and sweetish taste.
